The Reservation Process

To reserve a property a £1,000 Reservation Fee (£500 for Help to Buy) needs to be lodged with the Developer’s Solicitors and we must be supplied with the information of your chosen Solicitor.

Exchange of Contracts will be required within 28 days of receipt of paperwork with a 10% deposit. The initial Reservation Fee will be used as part of this deposit.

Completion will be arranged for January 2021, when the building is ready for occupation.
